North American Khuraldai Conference The North America Mongolian Alliance has announced the first ever North American Khuraldai Conference, October 17, 2009, at the Doubletree Hotel, in Denver, Colorado. The Khuraldai is a collaboration of the North America Mongolian Alliance, Ulaanbaatar-Denver Sister Cities Committee (Denver Sister Cities International Inc.), the North American Mongolia Business Council, The Honorary Consul’s Office of Mongolia and the Mongolian Embassy in Washington D.C. The conference will be held in conjunction with the opening of the Genghis Khan exhibit at the Denver Museum of Nature & Science and a Sister Cities Gala. The mission of the North America Mongolian Alliance is to create awareness, act as a collective voice in responding to issues the community faces, and promote and advocate a healthy, thriving living environment for Mongolians in North America. The goal of the North America Mongolian Khuraldai is to bring together interested groups, organizations, businesses and individuals to share experiences, discuss and explore ways to collectively address the issues Mongolians face, and develop action plans to resolve such issues.
